Our team will give you a high level quotation based on your measurements. If you are building we can quote you based on your building plans.
After a deposit is paid, someone from our team will come to the property to get exact measurements. If we are measuring for a staircase we will use the Leica 3D Disto machine for laser accurate measurements.
Based on your design preferences, measurements and structural challenges our designer will advise you on a concept and your design will go into the drafting stage.
After you and the head of our production team sign off on your drawing your order moves into production.
Once your order is in production our welders commence by printing out your order on a 1:1 scale and prepping all iron. All our work is handcrafted unless specified.
Your order is then subjected to a series of treatments including a galvanising and rust protection treatment to improve finish and increase longevity in corrosive environments.
After a series of treatments the order is painted and sealed by oven baking it to lock the finish.
Our experienced inhouse install team will then come to the site to install. All products are covered by a structural warranty for five years.
